Dale And The Eating God
I recognise these halls of slumber
Opulent scenes of shameless greed
Possessed by endless hunger
Primitive urge to fulfill my need
Stumbling through a maze of hallways
Intoxicated struck by fear
A shred of sanity malign depravity
Restored at the feet of the eating god
Subjects explored less and often
Remained in corners during testing
Overfeeding induced lethargy
And anxiety-like responses
Death associated with obesity-related organ failure
Sing me a song of the great sea
Of the day when we'll be free
Sing me a song of our haven
Where we'll set sail again
Trapped inside this ghastly labyrinth
Reckless imprisonment wreckage of souls
Puppets in the hands of an evil mastermind
Twisted experiment out of control
Praying for the end as I lay there dying
Toxic blood gushing out of my veins
A moment of clarity perverted sanctity
As the hand of god intervenes to rein me in
Subjects became ataxic, then immobile
Respiration slowed markedly before ceasing
Pupils dilated and unresponsive
Overdose caused fatal respiratory depression.
